3.8 POUNDS!

That's how much weight I lost this past week!
I weigh myself every Wednesday morning and the past two weeks have been a measly .4lbs so I was shocked and excited about this week....now I just need to keep it off and keep the losing trend going.
Only 25lbs to get to my goal weight and 30lbs to get to my ultimate supper sexy goal...yikes!
Don't worry I'll get there...I hope :)
Anyone want to get sexier with me?

Oh me! oh Me!!! I lost 1.5 pounds last week! woo! I hope this week is a little bit more!. 40 to get to my goal weight, 65 to get to my super sexy weight.

Yay, Cara! You're beautiful no matter what, but I had really noticed on Easter and almost said something. Way to go!

I'm with you, Cara. I want to make a point of losing weight, mainly for my health and well being. I've been told by both doctors I've seen, that my knees probably wouldn't hurt so much if I lost some weight. THANKS GUYS!!! Kind of figured that, but just haven't done anything. So, I will make a point of "working out" with you and losing weight. I'll watch your post and try to keep you posted.

Me too, me too! I know you can do it! It's hard work, especially with little ones around who need to be fed and don't eat particularly mommy-friendly food. I have been working out and counting points too, and I just keep repeating to myself, when I don't want to keep going or moving: "swimsuit season, swimsuit season..." It magically reminds me of how far I need to push myself, to be healthy enough to keep up with my kids this summer and every summer after that! You go girl!
